I ordered pizza online from pizza hut vide order number ******** on Mar **th. The order was placed to the Pizza Hut RR nagar Bangalore branch. While filling up the delivery details I gave my complete address. The order was accepted after providing all the details and an amount of rs ***/- was paid. My home is about *-* km from this RR Nagar location. About an hr after placing the order I got a call from Pizza Hut that they don't deliver in my area. Despite asking / requesting multiple times they said since my home is lke faaaaaaaaar...!! away from their shop, they can't deliver thr order. They also said I will get my money refunded in **-** hrs. My questions / complains:
*. When I provided my complete address before placing the order why pizza hut did accept it to begin with, if they can't deliver in my area. This is a basic check that now a days every single online portal does. I hadn't had to face any hassles.
*. Did pizza hut allowing people to get their orders delivered and then accept payments after **-**hrs? If not when they can't deliver an order because of their own fault, why the refund is given after **-**hrs. I don't accept company policy crap. That is unacceptable
