Flipkart - Order cancelled

I have ordered OPPO F* on **th October **** with exchange of my phone Redmi Note * and order delivered date is **th October ****. Delivery agent who came to my house was very rude and declined to come upstairs on my building, so my wife has to go downstairs to collect the phone, as I was in office. Without having knowledge of checking the phone he refused to exchange the phone and go back without delivering the order, and then I received the message that order was declined as product was not matching.

I have called customer care and they promised that order will be delivered as soon as poosible, but today **th October ****, I received a message that my order was cancelled. I have called them everyday and they promised that your phone will be delivered shortly.

I have formatted my phone due to exchange and kept my phone at home only, so that delivery guy will come and exchage the phone and I have to use different person phone. These few days are almost torture for me and I have suffered a lot, and still they cancelled my order.

Therefore I want to complaint and want to take strict action aganist flipkart as soon as possible.
