To whome so ever it may concern!!
I have ordered(OD******************) a TV on *th Jan and after the delivery time received a message saying that it will get delay for * to * days . But immediately after the next day the order was cancelled and it took * to * days to get the refund. Soon after I have placed an order for the same product again and the issue repeated again and waiting for the refund now.
My concern is that the Flipkart has not intimated me for order cancellation.
I need to be justified for order cancellation and flipkart has to deliver my product with free of cost for the repeated mistake.
