Alido furtado filed complaint against Flipkart on May 22, 2023
My order was canceled without my consent. The reason stated by the delivery partner was that the customer was not available. While I was on continuous contact with the delivery executive for all the * attempts made. The address was of my office and I specifically asked him to deliver it before *pm but he always used to contact me after * while no on was available at the address. I even specified to him on Saturday that Sunday is a holiday and no one will b present at the address, but still he attempted the delivery. So for all the attempts i was in contact with him. Now when I contacted flipkart customer executive they tell me there's nothing they can do, nor then can deliver the product coz it has already been cancelled or they can give the product at the same price I ordered (the price of the item has increased now). They're suggesting me to wait for the product to be discounted again and then I should place the order again. Which is in no shape or form a resolution I was looking for. There is no help from the customer support end but only disappointment and regret. Waste of my time. So please help with this issue. I will attach the screen shot of the item and the call log with the delivery agent.
