Please look into this matter and see how Xiaomi India Customer service team are working carelessly even though on your own website showing the tracking information that product delivered to your bhiwandi warehouse on **th April **** and still they are saying it's not received at their end and still your people could not able to identify where is the product and your own customer care people advice me that coordinate with your own logistics Ekart .
How could you manage such things and expecting customer so much that customer should coordinator with logistics as well which is frustrating now. More than a month still it's not getting resolved yet.
How careless and poor way of working, no process at all after purchase and it's disgusting now.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
