I have asked to cancel the order as the option is not available on website as well as on the app , they told me it is cancelled but I didn't get any confirmation mail, I called again and they say it will take time and I called again after * hours and now they say that they are cancelling it. I don't understand why for a order cancellation we need to call multiple times and each time waiting for it to connect to them for ** mins and no response on mail sent to them.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
