PrepInsta - Operation Placement Program

I enrolled myself in the operation placement program of PrepInsta and their representative told me that along with other services commited by them in the brochure they also provides individual mentorship program to each and individual students for project related guidance and they also mentioned in their brochure that they will help us build capstone projects. I enrolled in that course on **th September,**** and the representative of PrepInsta, Suraj Goswami, commited that I will be assigned one mentor within three days of enrollment . He failed to assign within three days and then told that within seven days,mentor will get assigned. After that he stopped receiving calls, and I called another representative who was the student success manager, Sanjana and ahe told that there was no mentorship program by prepInsta and told me to write a mail to prepInsta Support and but after writing mails to prepInsta multiple times and asking for refund, they are not replying back to my mail and I want an immediate refund of whole money as they have failed to keep their promises.
