Amit Ray Chaudhuri filed complaint against Only valley smart band and ear phone on Dec 20, 2019
Yesterday I have received the order
Unfortunately
*. The box containing the smart bang and the earphone were sounding as unpacked inside the box.
*. I took delivery and unpacked.
*. The ear phone worked normally. But the band did not switched on.
*. I charged for * hour . Again it did not work.
*. I brought it at home. Charged for whole night. But all tries are in vein.
I was waiting to gift it to my wife. But think how unfortunate is it ?
Please do the needful to solve the problems.
