Dr Nisikant filed complaint against Only valley smart band and ear phone on Jan 7, 2020
Dear Sir,
It is to inform you that I Dr. Nisikant purchased a power bank which I received in the afternoon today is found to be old and scratch on it. There is no charging cable for Power bank, the small cord to connect wireless music ear phone is bend and not in a working condition. There is no customer care no to call and I mailed several times without any response. I need total refund of my product at the earliest.
