This is regarding ticket id BARNCRH* and PNR *********-*******. I had booked tickets for Bus from Pune to Allahabad for ** October journey. Journey time was shown as **.** hours and I had paid a high amount of ***** RS for this. On ** October afternoon I contacted the bus operator to confirm on the timings and total journey time which he said it will be more than ** hours. I contacted your customer executive and highlighted this issue to him. He also checked the same with the operator and advised me that he has raised this issue and I should take alternate journey and I will get update from redBus within ** hours. As till today I had not received any update from your end I again called your customer executive for the update. There was some lady executive who took bus operator on conference call. Now bus operator is ready to refund **% amount. This is not acceptable to me as there was issue from operators end who had updated incorrect travel time on the portal and on the ticket. I need *** % refund for this as the issue is from your bus operators end as they had mentioned wrong details on the portal. Kindly help to arrange for the refund on priority.
