Clear car rental - Online transaction done for clear car rental service refund
V SRINIVASA PRABHU filed complaint against Clear car rental on Oct 14, 2019
I tried to book a cab from Rameswaram to kanyakumari on * October and it got cancelled due to payment issue but my account got debited and no confirmation email from clear car rental and this is happened twice. I contacted the customer service but they said it will take one week but it's almost ** days from the date of transaction still I didn't get the money and there is no response from them. So please help me out on this issue to get my refund amount as early as possible.
