Clear car rental - Cab Service cancelled

I had booked a cab through Clear Car Rental company. The total cost of the trip was Rs. **,***/-. I made **% of the total cost (Rs *,***/-) as booking fee and the remaining amount (Rs **,***/-) was added to their wallet account. On the date of travel, the cab didnt arrive and no body was responding to my calls. The only number I had to contact them was their helpline number (***********). I tried calling them many times. Later, I received an email from the company mentioning that they cancelled the booking. They even didn't mention any reason for the cancellation. Then I had to book another cab locally at a higher price. Because of the irresponsible behavior from the company side, we had to delay our trip by *-* hours, which caused a lot of stress.
