Heycoach Edutech Pvt Ltd - Online training institute failed to deliver promised services and denied refund

I enrolled in an online DSA and System Design training program offered by HeyCoach in July **** after being promised full-time mentorship, structured learning, career guidance, resume support, and placement assistance to help me transition my career.

Based on these assurances, I paid a course fee of ₹*,**,*** through an education loan arranged by the company via a third-party lender.

After joining the program, I found that the actual services delivered were significantly below what was promised at the time of enrollment. The mentorship quality, guidance, and overall support were inadequate and did not justify the financial commitment. The program failed to meet the representations made during sales discussions.

Due to this failure of service, I have suffered serious financial loss, loss of valuable time, and severe mental stress. The ongoing EMI obligation for a service that was not delivered has caused anxiety and emotional distress and has negatively impacted my career and family situation.

I approached the company requesting cancellation and refund due to failure to deliver promised services, but the issue has not been resolved satisfactorily.

I am filing this complaint seeking a full refund of the course fee and appropriate relief for the financial and mental hardship caused by the company’s misleading commitments and poor service delivery.
