Smashing Commerce - Online Shopping fraud

I ordered a slick looking pest repellent after seeing the ad for the same on Facebook. The ad connected me to the website of smashingcommerce.com. I was quite impressed with the look and description of the product and immediately ordered it after reading the reviews on the ad. I ordered it on **th July **** from. I opted for COD facility
I received the product within * days. After opening the package I was shocked to see a crude pest repellent box inside. I immediately tried to contact Ankita, customer service person on the number given (**********). After * rings the phone would get automatically disconnected. After trying several times I sent them a mail asking for refund. Different people kept responding to the mails sent to them, but refuse to give the refund.
Today Tanya called me from the number ***-******* (It is also the number of Top spammer as per Truecaller)She refused to talk about the refund even when I told her that I am not happy with the crude product and want my refund of *** INR.
Hence I want to take this further and start a legal action against the Frauding Company Smashing Commerce. They are looting people and the government should take strictest action against the fraudsters
