SBI CREDIT CARD DIVISION - Online sale of Bicycles on Facebook

Raghuvir Chary Nachinolkar filed complaint against SBI CREDIT CARD DIVISION on Feb 27, 2021

I paid Rs. ****/- on **/*/**** for the purchase of an electric bicycle in response to an ad which flashed on FACEBOOK. The company specified was fasterindia.myshopify.com They had sent one link for payment and I used SBI Credit Card, which mentioned the recipient as receiving the payment through some razor payment gateway. As confirmation they sent back one link that is not working today. It is this:

I want people to be protected from this site and not to get cheated by this company. If in a day, they get **** bookings like mine, They will collect ******* in a day without doing any thing.
I approached SBI Complaint section and they say nothing is possible. Here is their reply

We would like to share that we have completed the investigation for the said transaction(s). It has been observed that the transaction(s) has been performed in a secured manner as the same has been validated by your card CVV and dynamic One Time Password (OTP).

Further, we wish to confirm that as per our records, the dynamic One Time Password (OTP) was successfully delivered on your registered mobile number. Transaction(s) alert SMS for the aforesaid transaction was also delivered on your registered mobile number. Considering all the above, the liability of transaction(s) in such cases lies with the cardholder.

We would request you to share the Merchant e-mail address for us to approach the merchant on your behalf to try to hold the disputed transaction(s). We would also advise you to follow up with the merchant withhold and reverse the transaction(s). Reference Number: *************
