I had made a prepaid order on **.**.**** (Order ID: #*******), for a wireless headphone (Sony WH-****XM* Industry Leading Wireless Noise Cancelling Headphones (Black) - Model No. WH-****XM*) for Rs. **,***.**, from the online shopping website viz. www.vlebazaar.in. The payment was made through my credit card on ** month EMI basis, at an interest rate of **.**% per annum,. As per the order summary (attached herewith), the item was supposed to be dispatched within **.**.****. As my order involved an expensive item with a consistent amount, I had been tracking my order right from the beginning. However, to my dismay and despair, it was noticed that they had neither dispatched the item in time, nor had they provided me with any intimation regarding the delay in dispatching the item. Fed up of waiting, I decided to lodge a complaint with them and generated a complaint Ticket on **.**.****, in the website itself (Ticket #*****) which is also attached herewith. Though an initial response was received on that day itself, promising to dispatch the item within ** to ** hours, nothing happened in the following days. I had also tried to contact them over phone, in the number provided in the website (+** **********), during which also they promised to dispatch the item within two days. In the subsequent queries in that ticket, I had asked them to either dispatch the item or refund my money, so that I can purchase the item from elsewhere. In very delayed responses they promised to refund the money. However, nothing has happened so far, the final result being loss of my hard earned money and peace of mind.
This leaves me with no other option but to move legally. I, therefore, request you to kindly help me recover my money from from the online shopping website viz. www.vlebazaar.in, and make them compensate for my losses.
