They have been delivered a defective and previously used product. Also the product is different from the website description. https://vlebazaar.in/Jabra-Elite-Active-**t-True-Wireless-Earbuds-with-Wireless-Charging-Enabled-Case?search=jabra&page=* The product description says the condition is new, while the delivered product is used and defective. It does not power on. I have requested the vlebazar to replace or refund but I have not recieved any response form them yet on this.
