I have initially opted COD of *** rs for the order No ****** but after placing the order a popup came with that there is some discount, if we are paying online so I opted for that and did the payment of ***.** rs online.
Today I got a call from delivery agent telling that I have to pay *** rs to get the product as it is showing as COD for them.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
