I had ordered some cosmetics from faces Canada website on *st December **** amounting to Rs ***/-. (Order no is:*******) But it has been ** days products are neither delivered not there customer care is responding instead got a call from faces Canada with this number ********** stating your amount has been not received. Despite so many mails to faces Canada and courier partner I have not received any answers from them only ticket is generated number of which is *******.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
