Deodap - Online order not delivered

I had ordered online several things from deodap **th of July ****.It was a prepaid order. I was supposed to get that order by **th of July. But I haven't received it. Moreover they didn't respond well when I call them. And I am now feeling cheated. Their delivery partner Ecom express is also shown status ofd lock in the tracking status
