eloda.biz - online fraud

On the date of ** may **** i ordered for an smartwatch link is here (Eloda. Biz/eloda - smart * watch cost of ****/- it's got an offer if i pay through paytm gets **% off i paid through paytm rs.****.**/- reference msg (Your payment (Id[protected] of rs ****.** for presha trading) the parcel is received on the date of ** may **** through delhivery couriers.

But i got an different very cheap quality of smartwatch which not worth for that price & its stop working also. I tries to call the customer care of online shopping website eloda contact no it always shows switch off ([protected]). I try to trace email but it has to bounce back.

Now very much worried that how they do the people forgery on collecting the money by showing the product and sending the other cheaper product. So pls do helpful way to return my product and to get collect my refunding money.

Please suggest any body what can i do? Or can * large police complaint?
