I had ordered a mobile redmi note * pro from my facebook login through ekoda.biz site.when I visited the site the brand which I had ordered is not available in the site.
The stated ekoda.biz site is also not responding to the customer grievances.
Hence I would like to bring to your notice that i am not satisfied with the service . hence I request you to kindly refund the money as soon as possible to my payment account.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
