Sripriya ss filed complaint against Swipemart on May 15, 2018
I got a call from swipe mart that my no has been selected for free gift. Then they said i have won samsung led tv . I have to pay **** for gst and i paid. They they said i have to pay **** for courier and i paid. Then gave a duplicate tracking no and said my product have been damaged. Then they said we will transfer the money through bank and for processing that i have to pay ***** and i paid. Again they asked ***** from me and i stopped the process. I am asking for refund from * months they are not picking the phone and not repling my mails. Now they are not refunding either money nor dispatching the product. Please do not beleive swipe mart .they are fraud. Not only me. Many of them have been cheated.
I have attached the payment msg. I have call recordings also.
