SwipeMart - Fraud instead of refund

Hi,

This is in reference to the refund which was to be processed by the company and the amount was to be transferred to my A/c. The company representative has taken the details from me and I'm still waiting for the confirmation from their concern end.
Firstly, of all, I have not received any update from their end till now.
Secondly, when I call for follow up my call is being transferred to one desk to another and at last, it is informed that "The concerned official is busy right now, we will arrange a callback and the call doesn't come".

This is going through since last * weeks. Please look into the matter asap This is the worst experience I've ever experienced.
