Vastrova - Online fraud done

This is the worst website which I have ever come across. They show standard images online and they send poor quality products both not even comparable. I could see many complaints online regarding same issue. I had ordered two dress on Vastrova website worth of ****. I raised the issue and sent several emails but I have not received a single response from them. They have not mentioned customer care number and they are not bothered to reply back to any of my emails.
Request you to solve the issue as I am not the only one who has faced the same problem and help in getting my money refund. Please do the needful.
