Subject: Wrong Product Delivered – Request for Resolution (Order ID: ******)
I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding my recent order (Order ID: ******). I had placed an order for the EDYELL C* ***H Wireless Neckband with Mic, featuring Type-C fast charging, Bluetooth *.*, **mm drivers, and ENC technology. However, I received an entirely different product—Portronics **, which is priced at approximately ₹*** in the local market.
In contrast, I paid ₹**** for the original item I ordered. This discrepancy is both disappointing and unacceptable.
I initially filed a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline, but after a month of follow-up, they were unable to resolve the issue and advised me to contact you directly.
I kindly request that you look into this matter urgently and arrange either a replacement with the correct product or a full refund of the amount paid.
