Afsal filed complaint against Online buy on Jul 11, 2019
I saw an advertisement on Instagram about a electronic product whic I liked very much so I thought I will buy and I measseged that guy regarding that product and he send few pictures of it and it was looking good so I finally decided to buy it also I asked him many times befor I confirming my order that will it be the same as shown in the picture and the guy told me yes again and again so I proceeded with the shopping and finally when I got that product it was really something else than what he showed me in the pictures it was toattly a different thing from what I have ordere and when I asked him about that he was silent he was not even ready to talk it was a clear online cheating and I also told him I m gonna file a complaint and he was like ok go on .so here I m filing this complaint so that in future nobody is gonna get cheated like how I did
