Online buy - Complete order not delivered

I bought online products worth ****/- around through this website. Initially, after filling a complaint that all the products I ordered for haven't been received. The payment mode was COD (cash on delivery) the delivered products were sent by Gati couriers. These products were packed in one single cartoon and after paying the courier agent as I reached back my place and opened the cartoon. Out of these * products, * were missing. After calling them like more than *** times and my continuous emails, they called and apologized as it was human error and they will dispatch the remaining products as soon as possible. They even sent me the email saying one of the items has been dispatched (date of dispatch** March) to know the status of the product dispatched, I mailed them on ** March that I still haven't received my product nor you have given me any further detail of the other product that was missing. Since then, they are not even picking up my calls neither responding to my emails. Please help to get justice to the hardcore money I have given them and they made a fraud, fool out of me all these time lying and then not even delivering the products I paid for. ( *.
