Mobi Kwik - Online Financial Fraud

I received a Computer Generated Call from (Mobikwik app)on **/**/**** at *:** PM. They informed me that someone else login my Mobikwik app so they asked for confirmation from me that if you are not press * , I pressed *& I got an OTP he asked me to Enter the OTP, I did the same after that
**** rupees deducted from my Mobikwik Zip pay later app.

TRANSACTREE account is not belongs to me.
My pan number is CHSPB****D / **-**-****
My Cibil score has been decreasing for a few months. When I checked with a Cibil customer service representative, they informed me that you had not paid the loan of TRANSACTREE A/c.no. *******U.I did not take a loan from TRANSACTREE, and I did not receive any messages from TRANSACTREE, but my Cibil Score shows an Amount Overdue of INR *,***.

When I Checked with Mobikwik they told me previous **** Amount was not paid. This is the reason decreasing your Cibil Score, But i was not used the **** from Mobikwik Zip Pay Later, that transaction was Fraud from some one. I registered a cyber complaint on **** Fraud Transaction to Mobikwik.

Please deactivate my transactree account from your side and update in cibil report.

Please resolve my issue as soon as feasible.
