Google pay and HDFC bank - Online financial fraud through bank transfer

On **.**.**** a phone call from unknown number came And person is saying that I am from nykaa sales and promotions department. Your number is selected for lucky draw and won iPhone ** pro Then they said that you have to buy products to redeem the gift and cashback will be done but they are fraudster people and they debited my money from different bank account transaction in * transfer through Google pay UPI. I want the help from hdfc bank and Google pay to look and solve the matter at the earliest. Kindly help me to refund the money from fraudsters.
But no solution is provided till now . Looking forward for positive response.
