I bought a certification course from simplilearn and the exam passing criteria was **% and I got **% marks in the exam. But they still failed me and when I asked them they said that now they have changed the requirements and they forgot to update it on the portal and I need to buy exam voucher again.
The mistake was from their end hence either they should provide me with the free exam retake or the course fee refund.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
