We had booked * airline tickets through online varafi.com on December **th.
On December **th, varafi.com canceled our tickets without any reason. Today, till **/**/****, the money for our canceled tickets was not refunded. We call them daily, but the same thing is being said to us every day. Your payment will be refunded in * to * days. We remind them by mail daily. But we are getting the same answer every time. This company is robbing money by fraud with many people every day. Please help us get our payment back.
