Best Buy - One plus 6t mobile phone not delivered

He says he is from a company from US providing * plus *T mobiles. This is his number +* (***) ***-**** .
He agreed for **k first and asked me to transfer *k first rest after delivery. Later he said that the courier people are insisting for anothet *k. I told that i will surely pay after delivery. He insisted that he cant do nothing. I transferred *k. Later he again asked for *k and said that courier people are not listening. Again transferred *k. Next day he said the prices have gone up and insisted *k again and said it is last of all. I believed this as last. Again he said the fluctuation is **k and asked to send another *k. He said everything is finshed except this one. I disagreed. He said he is going to pay *k and asked *k from me. I transferred *k assuming as last. Again he said that indian customs have taken my delivery and are asking for bribe...he said *k and convinced tgat again he is bearing on behalf of me *k and asked *k.... again he said that officials are demanding more..i think i was just believing him . Altogether i transferred *+*+*+*+*+*+* =**k
