One Plus - One plus 43 inch tv display panel issue

We have an issue with my tv & one plus support already takes * months & not resolving this issue. Their technician comes when they file a repair request on starting time & they said TV panel issue & if the panel is not arranged then the company would exchange the TV. After that time gone they told wait of * to ** business days. After the wait is over then we will again call customer support & they every time told us to wait for the days & I will take your request please wait for ** to **hr. The customer support never transfer his/her call to the senior member and in this * month I lost my money & lost my TV display warranty of * months. Because they give us a *-year display warranty & they take money for their services as well. Again * days ago the technical team call me and ask for **** for the panel transportation charges, when we refuse to transfer that amount the got abusive & told me that if you do not pay right now then my TV panel not will deliver. After the payment I did not get my TV panel & The technician of Nawada, Bihar no. **********, told us we can't give you a service in your area. Because that is not their service area. So finally I decided to complain here about all this rubbish service of one plus.
