I've ordered through amazon new brand one plus y tv, in just * days it turned into detected product, after so many calls and so much of follow up the Amazon technician arrived next day and told can't be resolved need to replace, again same drama so much of follow up abd calls finally the pick up person comes abd took the product, after * days (replacement deliver day) amazon says it will take ** days to re deliver the product.
My question.
*) Why should amazon selling fraud and defect product
*) why can't they return back my money when they can't make it fast
*) why should I go through the pain and wait for long time after listening many words by tele representative of amazon
*) why can't they make the process faster
*) will amazon deliver me the product * days earlier than the day I pay.
