We had Mswipe swiping machine for our store in ****. however we closed the store in March **** due to Covid. I sent multiple mails to Mswipe to deactivate the account but they just kept on charging me and still charging . *** is being deducted every month from my bank account. Upto now around **,*** has been already deducted. They are asking to pay **,*** rupees or return the machine. Their salesman already took away the machine but unfortunately I lost the receipt. even after multiple request they are not deactivating the same. need your help
