Paid subscription fees for month and used card for * days. No dues are shown in the app but card is inactive saying clear the dues to activate card. No response from support and grievance. Customer care executives drops the call after listening the issue.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
