Indiabulls dhani apps - Refund not issued

i have use amount of my dhani freedom card of rs.***. i use this amount to buy some pantry products from amazon.but unfortunatly my products does not delivered to me. because in transport my products gets damage and amzone cancel itself.after cancelation amazon issue me a refund of my respected amount.and iniciate towards my payment portfolio.but still i didnt get back my money in return from dhani.i have take loan of ***.insted making of ***×* EMI. they make ***×* as they promise it is zero intrest.and also charge me a subscription of ***.totaly fake and always make people fool.i loose my total amount of ***(subscripsion fee)+***( refund from amazon) + ***×* Emi which is *** and total amount is ****.
