Asmita maity filed complaint against Myntra on Jan 18, 2021
On **th dec,two of the item got delivered, a max bomber jacket and a tokyo talkies brown bardot top from myntra. I didn't like the jacket so placed a return request. Along with it, an extra item got picked up. I have lodged a complaint to myntra and after in numerous follow ups. They needed time to investigate. Right after they agreed to refund me, within a day, they declined the request of paying me for that extra item. I have been shopping from myntra for years now and I'm a regular customer. Myntra is such a big shopping hub. It can't just promise its customers and it did take a week or so to investigate and after so it approved my request but suddenly they declined it. What kind of service is this? Right after receiving the message from them, i called their customer care and the executive told me that i will get the refund and to ignore the message. Today morning for better clarity i called up again and they are saying to give proof for it. And they again closed my issue buy saying they can't provide the refund. Has this become a joke??? They have before also done this treachery by taking money for gift wrap and not giving the wrap and i let that go thinking of it as minor. Now their treachery has extended to something i dont know. What if the delivery guy took the product. Myntta should be taking the responsibility for it and pay me back without beating around the bush.
