tatacliq - On Marched raised return request but item not returned

Hi,

I bought realme * pro mobile from tatacliq. There is a defect in a mobile. i raised return on **th March and on **th marched it approved from tatacliq. They mentioned that the item will be returned with in * days. On **th I raised request they mentioned that on **th the item will be picked but no one came to pick the item. Again I raised escalated to tatacliq they mentioned that tomorrow the item will be picked but no one came. on **th again I called to tatacliq and escalated they mentioned that will be pick the item as soon as possible. Today that is **st march I again call to customer care and they are mentioning that the item will be picked on **rd. They have frustrated me. They are not replying correctly they are saying any date with out any confirmation. I am fed up with this.
