Olymp Trade - Olymp Trade Account Blocked

Hi Team,

Olymp Trade has blocked my trading account ********* on **th August **** under their *.* clause.
I am continuously doing trading on my account and taking deposit and withdrawal on time to time basis. On **th of August l have requested withdrawal of ***** INR but instead of processing withdrawal Olymp Trade has blocked my account immediately without processing my withdrawal request. When l noticed my account ********* has blocked l immediately contacted their support through chat and send email to support-hi@olymptrade.com and they replied me with bot message please contact financial security department at financial-security@olymptrade.com. l have sent ** to ** email to financial security team but they are replying same context "we are unable to provide timeframe for investigation" from last ** days. As financial team is not responding properly l have then reached to their customer support executive at supervisor@olymptrade.com and executiveqc@olymptrade.com but both department also not guiding. So l have finally reached to their claim department at claim@olymptrade.com and they have given me claim reference number ******* but again claim department also not providing any solution and just saying contact financial security team.

I have reached to their all department but there are not providing any solution regarding unblocking or giving refund of my funds for my account *********.
