I attempted to deposit ₹*** into my Olymp Trade trading account on * March **** using UPI. The payment was successfully debited from my Indian Bank account through Navi UPI. However, the amount has not been credited to my Olymp Trade account.
In the Olymp Trade app, the deposit request shows “Payment canceled,” but the UPI transaction was completed successfully from my bank.

I have contacted Olymp Trade support and provided screenshots, but the amount has still not been credited or refunded. I request that the company review the transaction and either credit the amount to my trading account or process a refund.a
