Olx and Paytm - OLX QR Code Scam

I posted an adv. on OLX to sell Olf refridgerator for Rs. ****. Offer accepted by Vinod Kumar cont. No. **********. He told me that he will pay **** by Paytm in advance and product will colect tomorrow. I said whin you pic the fridge then you can pay. But he again pressurise to accept money by Paytm, as he need this fridge. I said OK. Then he transfered first Rs. * by to scan his QR code sent on another whatsapp no.***** *****. He again and again send me qr code to receive money and said amount is debited from both side. So he sent again and again to credit my amount debited. As such my account is debited total Rs. *****. But is is not crediting my fund. What should I have to do?
