Olx and Paytm - Item not delivered even after payment

Sir on date **/**/**** I saw an advertisement of electrical appliances on olx.i contacted the person.he introduce himself he is from Indian army and in this lockdown he got transferred from Patna to J &K .his appliances is * months old only but due to his transferred he is going out from Bihar and wants to sell his appliances and furniture in * lakh.after talking he agreed in *****.then said I will send all these items to your address without taking any money after delivery you made payment.in the afternoon he call me and asked me your consignment is out for delivery sent me cargo receipt on my name with the stamp of Indian army and said pls transfer token money of ***** so that our officer deliver the items in ** mins.pay from paytm Apr Google pay only because I can't take money in my salary account.then I think he is from Indian army so I transferred ****** on paytm**********.he called me you did not put **in front of this number so amount is not reflecting in my account.pls make twice.it will be back to you don't worry.then I make twice.then he said ok..thus I lost my *****.aftet somet time his driver called me and said I m from Indian army I m waiting you to clear one security deposit since you are civilian so we need security from you it will be back in cash.so pls pay ***** .I refused to pay then seller called me pls sister I m not from Patna so I don't know the rule of the army pls help me..you can deduct the amount from.**k.i paid the same..after some time he said cargo will not deliver the goods once amount is not fully paid.pls pay full amount i.e *****.i thought dena to hai hi Dr detebhsin .I paid ***** again..then I transferred the same in three parts because limit exceeded.total *****.then he again called me why you paid in three parts our officer is asking questions pls pay in one time and I will refund the same in cash by my transporter he is bear to your home..after lots of conversation I again paid ***** amount in one time from other account.thus I lost *****.. he asked me it will be deliver to you in ** mins..but they didn't deliver..again when I called him he asked me to pay ***** taxes and transportation it is refundable then I denied..after that I asked him to return my all money I don't want to purchase the goods...then he asked me to give my debit card photo Incan deposit in that or give me your paytm I d password so that I can deposit the same..sir you can think how big crime he is doing ...pls save us from this fraud if possible pls refund my amount from him.
There are a group invoice in this crime they talk on conference call to each other say "jai hind sir" to greet each other.name of the person is himmat Raj,srikant Raj,and Ravi Gupta on true caller..**********,**********and **********.
Ye Kisi se nhi date aur number v on rakhta Hain..
