I have purchased OLX featured Ad package service @Rs*** for * month for one of my Ad (Ad ID-**********). After a few minutes, I found that my Featured Ad is shown expired and the Ad became normal Ad. Customer Care was busy for all the time, though two times when I connected their justifications were completely useless; they have no sympathy towards customer who has paid a good amount for their service. Complaint no-********
I told them to refund the amount. They denied that also.
Though my package is available for **days,I could not use for even single day. THERE IS NO OPTION TO GET BACK SERVICE ONCE IT IS DEACTIVATED SUCH POOR SERVICE MANAGEMENT BY OLX.
I request you to provide full refund from OLX as I could not use the service designated for a single minute.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
