Techyuga - Old laptop received instead of refurbished laptop

I ordered refurbished laptop from techyuga .I thought laptop was new but when I received and opened the courier I saw laptop was very old with too many scratches and dents in the laptop and charger also half given.they are doing big fraud by sending old laptop and their customer support is very bad. I need refund for my laptop or new laptop .
