Techyuga - Laptop received in broken unusable condition

I placed the order on ** august and paid Rs.*****.** through instamojo to techyuga., they sent me an invoice with order no **** and inv. TY/***/RFL. I received my laptop from Delhivery surface lite on august **st at *.**am from a guy his mobile no.**********., the packing looked very bad., the delivery guy gave the laptop and ran away., upon calling him he said contact techyuga., now techyuga doesnt have a valid contact no. if you call the no. at ** am in the morning or in the afternoon or in the evening +************, a message says., our customer care is taking rest call later in their working time. upon unboxing the package., came a used looking laptop dell lattitude with dent on the front and cracked display, with very bad aesthetic condition, I immediately reached out to the online chat but no help, they asked me to email the unboxing video, which i did send them., who would know that i would receive the laptop which looks like a second hand dump piece, someone has manhandled the laptop and packed it and sent it. who pays for a broken laptop filled with dust? and very poor aesthetic condition. I strong requested them for a refund or a replacement? they wont share me the packing video, why? does the company has no basic integrity in selling., I went by the reviews and landed in this condition of turmoil where i cant use the laptop for my personal or business work. what can i do? I am so helpless! i am still writing mails to them to sort it out., some lady called me today evening, *rd september at **.**pm her no. being ********** spoke in hindi and said we cant help you and banged the phone on my face. what should customers do in my case? How many times do i keep following up with techyuga? are they playing the fool with me? If a customer is paying **k for a laptop why will the customer damage his own laptop, how will this solve his purpose? if extra care would have been taken, they could have couriered me my laptop and won a happy customer.
