We had booked order for * nos Dell MS*** mice and paid online alongwith the shipping charges. Upon receipt of the material, my first observation was that the material was manufactured in Aug **** and the boxes looked soiled. The boxes are available with me as a proof. Bothe mice were opened and one of the boxes had a packet that was already opened. The mouse had scratches and scroll was not working. The other mouse the scroll works intermittently. I’d put up a complaint/feedback immediately after receipt of the material but there has been no response from your side. The mobile number provided on their portal is perpetually ‘Switched Off’
