I booked an Ola Scooter on **th Feb ****, with promised delivery in a month. I have uploaded all the required documents, I also got a OTP from Vahaan, then all the registration communcations stopped. Everytime I called or visited the Ola Center, they kept telling that the scooter will be delivered in a week. Later the Ola center manager revealed, the bike allocated to me didn't start during RTO registration, and they don't have spare parts to fix it. I requested for refund, they accepted it, and promised I would receive in * weeks, Its been * months since I asked for refund, but no proper response from the Ola customer care or the Ola center. With the poor quality check and poor customer service, I no longer want the scooter, and I want my money back.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
