My bike unable to switch off, last one week, i was calling everyday support team saying technician will come tomorrow , day after tomorrow but no one has come. One of the support saying you have do not opt Care Plus option so you have to bring vehicle to Service center. The problem is bike is hand locked and service center **KM from My home Tirupati to Chittoor. Toe vehicle also not providing. OLA simply sold bike service nothing. Please respond to the clients.
